Permanent plates,great tires with spare,2-5/16 ball, sleeps 2 with a full size brand new mattress still wrapped in plastic from mattress firm. No 12 volt battery needed to camp. All double a battery l.e.d lights inside and 10 gallon fresh water tank with a foot pump to sink for hands free washing. Lots of storage under bed,small closet for clothes and a sitting area for 1 person next to bed. Comes with a butane stove,big buddy heater both are still in new boxes.
